For technical builds, delivery is confirmed once code is successfully deployed to your production or staging servers.

Performance reports and strategy documents are fulfilled via real-time client dashboards and dedicated Slack hubs.
2. Fulfillment Schedule
Service Setup
Onboarding for managed teams or remote services is completed within 3 to 7 business days of payment.
Monthly Audits
SEO reports and analytics "ship" by the 5th of every month via your primary contact email.
Project Milestones
Fulfillment follows the specific timelines outlined in your Statement of Work (SOW).
Jurisdiction & Proof
Phics Global maintains detailed transmission logs and server timestamps as definitive Proof of Delivery. In the event of a dispute, our electronic records shall serve as primary evidence of fulfillment.
