Fees, payment schedules, retainers, deposits, milestones, and billing terms are generally stated in the relevant proposal, invoice, agreement, or Statement of Work.

  • Some projects may require advance payment, deposits, or milestone-based payments.
  • Monthly or recurring services may be billed in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Invoice-first approach:
For most custom service work, Phics Global may review requirements, provide a quote or invoice, and begin work after project confirmation and payment arrangement.

Service delivery and timelines

Phics Global provides digital business support and operational support services. Delivery may include website updates, project files, reports, access details, project communication records, deployed work, documentation, support communication, or other agreed deliverables.

  • Delivery timelines depend on project scope, complexity, approvals, and required access.
  • Onboarding for ongoing operational support services or remote support typically ranges between 3–7 business days after project confirmation.
  • Project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables may be defined in the proposal, invoice, agreement, or Statement of Work.
  • Delays caused by missing access, delayed approvals, third-party platforms, or client-side issues may affect delivery timelines.
Related policy:
Please review our Service Delivery Policy for more information about how digital services are fulfilled.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the nature of the service, whether work has started, resources allocated, milestones completed, and the terms stated in the relevant invoice or agreement.

  • Completed work, delivered milestones, discovery, setup, onboarding, audits, and allocated service time may be non-refundable.
  • Monthly or retainer services may be non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
  • Approved refunds, where applicable, are generally processed to the original payment method where possible.

Portfolio use:
Unless confidentiality is requested in writing, Phics Global may reference completed work in general portfolio, case study, or service capability materials without disclosing sensitive client information.
